Ripped off

While I will admit I loved this app, even rated it 5 stars, last year my family fell on very hard times. All other subscriptions I have through the App Store send an email in advance of charging me. Yes, I did sign up for recurring annual payments and forgot to cancel it. Once I realized the subscription had renewed I called and asked to receive at least a partial refund and I was told no, no way, absolutely not. No matter that Ive been a paying customer for years. Ive never dealt with such an unreasonable company, and will never deal with this company again.
