I have used emeals for over a year, and save a ton of time and money with this meal planning service. I just started using the app and I dont know why I waited so long.
Over the past year, I have tried the simple gourmet, classic, 30 minute, and portion-control plans. The plans have a variety of meat/meatless options as well as synching up with store sales or seasonal fruits and vegetables (saving money and resulting in better tasting food IMO).
I love that you can add recipes to your plan/grocery list for the week (keep what you like from the plan you are on or add recipes from a different plan). You can print the grocery list from your email, but it is static and I never buy ink. So I used to try to look at it on my phone in the store, which was really annoying/hard if I didnt want to make all the meals on my plan for the week. (Plus trying to zoom in and out to see the list on my phone. The app lets you check mark as you shop, highlighting whats left- and you can add in your own items to the list if you want to do all your shopping that day.
We have been using the portion control plan (for 6), which we typically make in full and have 2 sets of leftovers. I like the recipes on this plan the best (health-wise and taste-wise). I lost 20 pounds of baby weight with the help of the meal plan (we had been eating out a lot before), not to mention the money we save eating at home. This is a time-saver and money-saver for me. Highly recommend!!
